нравится расположение отеля и номер, в котором есть Софа и кофемашина , очень уютный, с видом на озеро и балконом

Плюсы:
Номер с видом на озеро, в номере был небольшой диван , капсульная кофе машина. Номер небольшой , но очень уютный , хорошая уборка номера, постельное белье меняли каждый день
Минусы:
Сначала поселили в номер, где нет дивана и кофе машины, он был поменьше и не такой комфортный, тоже с видом на озеро (при заказе на букинге именно выбирали с видом на озеро), спасибо, что откликнулись на просьбу и пересилили в др номер

Обслуживание нулевое, персонал грубый, насчет парковки это вообще ужас, не подсказывают ничего, хотя за 2 недели говорили что проблем с парковкой нет, обманули проблем много, к отелю не подьедешь
