Плюсы:
Местоположение ,чистота Там была девушка на регистрации Нона очень приветливая .
Минусы:
Завтрак, и вечером персонал на ресепшин очень грубая девушка ,говарил на английском и она к нам комнату посалала работниц пока нас небыло в комнате но наши вещи были в комнате ,притом что в грузии все владеют русским языком она даже не кого не позвала зная что мы не знаем английский ..

Плюсы:
Все очень замечательно. Начну с ресепшен, девушка Нонна очень внимательная и отзывчивая, побольше бы таких работников. Спа это отдельная история, я очень довольна, что выбрали именно этот отель; бассейн чистый, и в принципе в отеле очень чисто, большое разнообразие саун, отдельная любовь ментоловая парилка. В номерах чисто, прекрасно пахнет.
