По отелю вопросов нет, всё понравилось, номер точно как на фото. Однако нас не предупреждали, что при заселении с нас возьмут депозит ( 1 млн донгов или паспорт), мы заплатили 1 млн, при выезде его мгновенно вернули обратно на каспи.
Сам отель чистый, комфортный, кондиционеры работают, персонал очень внимательный и вежливый, завтраки шикарные - шведский стол разных видов кухонь.
Гиды от Crystal чёткие - встретили, доставили в отель, организовали экскурсии, обратно отвезли в аэропорт. Всегда на связи, любые вопросы решали.
Отличная опция от гида - бронирование места в самолете на обратный рейс, стоит 10 долларов, но ты спокойно выбираешь место и его при регистрации тебе дают.
Самолет от VietJet понравился, превзошёл ожидания: пилоты профессионалы - мягкий взлет и посадка, чистый непотертый салон, места хватает, дают по 2 бутылки 0,35 воды, горячее спагетти балоньезе и орешки. Еда в самолете тоже норм, мы с удовольствием поели. Спать конечно не удобно, но это как-никак эконом.
Минусы:
Минус только один - у нас забрали 2 дня отдыха в связи с отменой рейса.
Рекомендация:
Посмотрите какие бывают экскурсии в разных источниках, приценитесь, но до прилета не покупайте. У наших гидов эти же экскурсии по цене очень приемлемы (дешевле, чем на различных сайтах).
Выкупайте места в самолете на обратный полет, иначе разбросают где получится по салону.
Максимально оплачивайте всё картой Каспи, комиссии нет, конвертация по курсу банка. В банкоматах очень большая комиссия на съем наличности, на 1 000 000 донгов комиссия составила 66 000 донгов.
В аэропорту Дананга и Алматы есть питьевые фонтанчики, можете брать в ручную кладь пустые бутылочки и после контроля набрать воду в зале ожидания.

Из плюсов: на завтрак можно было выбрать, в каком виде приготовить яичницу, были свежие соки и разнообразные фрукты. Но десертов всего два вида, и они постоянно повторялись. Сыр всего два вида, часто обветренный. Так как мы не едим свинину, колбасы и сосиски нам не подходили, поэтому выбор был ограничен.
Рекомендация:
Рядом с отелем расположены все самые популярные и вкусные заведения. Так же популярный обменник Kim my Kim, так же рядом.
Полно СПА центров, магазинов и даже есть ночной рынок.
