Плюсы:
Заселили в виллу большего размера. Удовлетворили запрос на ранний заезд. Приняли оплату наличными. Зеленая территория, как в джунглях. Тень, ветерок. Чистый большой бассейн. Удобная система кондиционирования - разделена на зоны в кухне госнинной. Можно включать в одной зоне находится в другой, при этом воздух охлаждается везде. Сотрудники отзывчивые - запрашивали середство от комаров - все доставляется на виллу в течении 10-15 минут. Готовы помочь с вызовом такси или разобраться с вызванным через граб - у нас было что водитель ждал нас не у ресепшена, молодой человек помог - позвонил водителю и объяснил куда приехать (умничка). Дворецкий тоже очень приветлив. Вкусный фо бо на завтрак. Европейские блюда присутствуют, фрукты и йогурты есть. Не голодали )
Минусы:
Уборка состоит из заправки кроватей, уборки мусора и складывании полотенец на место. Полотенца не менялись ни разу за 6 дней. Вилла была с 3 спальнями - брали чистые полотенца из других ванных комнат - в принципе мы решили проблему, но хотелось бы чтобы уборка была как минимум - подметали, как максимум влажной. Но это Вьетнам и мы в принципе были готовы к такому. Дом большой нам не мешало. Пляж грязноват, рядом впадает речка вода грязная. На пляже нет полотенец. Сходили один раз и больше не пошли. После того как искупались тело воняло то ли рыбой то ли плесенью (не поняла) - хотелось быстро помыться. Дальше купались только в бассейне.

Отель отличный. Большая территория, можно вызвать электробагги чтобы отвезли в бассейн или пляж. Есть три бассейна очень чистые большие кдобно расположенные по территории отеля. Есть фитнесс зал, несколько ресторанов. Магазинчики с неплохим набором товаров. Пляжи чистые удобные. На шезлонгах есть кнопки вызова персонала. Есть дни для активного отдыха когда можно бесплатно взять каяк, доску или сыграть пляжный футбол волейбол или теннис. Отель предоставил сертификаты на СПА, чем мы конечно воспользовались). Персонал очень вежливый и отзывчивый. Ну а виллы со своими бассейнами это сказка это другой уровень. В океане или общих бассейнах бывали дни когда вода была даже горячая а на вилах она всегда комфортная. В общем вся семья довольны отдыхом..

Рекомендуем брать отель на первой линии. Вторая линия или где-нибудь в городе не очень удобны в плане походов на пляж, потому что дорогу перейти это еще тот квест. Ну и не надо носить с собой пляжных принадлежностей…

Отель отличный. Большая территория, можно вызвать электробагги чтобы отвезли в бассейн или пляж. Есть три бассейна очень чистые большие кдобно расположенные по территории отеля. Есть фитнесс зал, несколько ресторанов. Магазинчики с неплохим набором товаров. Пляжи чистые удобные. На шезлонгах есть кнопки вызова персонала. Есть дни для активного отдыха когда можно бесплатно взять каяк, доску или сыграть пляжный футбол волейбол или теннис. Отель предоставил сертификаты на СПА, чем мы конечно воспользовались). Персонал очень вежливый и отзывчивый. Ну а виллы со своими бассейнами это сказка это другой уровень. В океане или общих бассейнах бывали дни когда вода была даже горячая а на вилах она всегда комфортная. В общем вся семья довольны отдыхом..
