Плюсы:
удобные номера, хорошо убирают, территория и бассейн очень красивые
Минусы:
с фитнес зале очень жарко. персонал на завтраке очень навязчивый, миллион вопросов за 20 мин, на третий день это реально начинает напрягать. на завтраке нет овощей, вообще

Плюсы:
довольно разнообразные завтраки, всегда можно что-то найти. И красивый вид с веранды, где проходят завтраки. Пожалуй, это все плюсы.
Минусы:
Мы брали делюкс на 5 этаже. И он был без окна. Точнее, в 50 см за окном была стена и мы смотрели в нее. Это жесть, если честно. Учитывая, что номер стоит более 100 $ сутки. Ощущение муравейника в отеле, нет атмосферы Бали и очарования Убуда. В округе много есть чудесных бутиковых отелей за эти же деньги с красивым видом из окна и шикарной территорией. Массаж нормальный, но вообще не уютные комнаты для массажа. А стоимость выше, чем в шикарном СПА

Плюсы:
Чисто, приятный персонал, услужливый, внимательный, вежливый, на ресепшене живая музыка, приятные завтраки, подушки разных размеров, огромная и удобная кровать, выглаженное и качественное постельное белье.
Мы праздновали Новый год в отеле. Отель подготовил различные подарки. Я выиграла в конкурсе самых красивых платьев на новогодний вечеринке и мне подарили +1 ночь в их отеле. Очень приятно! Благодарю Вас! 😁
Минусы:
Все это незначительные минусы:
Пора обновить ремонт, сделать реновацию. немного старый жилой фонд.
Халаты старые, застиранные, с нитками, их бы сменить на новые. Некоторые полотенца были с пятнами, тогда такие надо выкидывать.
