Плюсы:
Нам очень понравился отель, очень зелёная ухоженная и большая территория, приветливый персонал, отличные завтраки, обеды и ужины. Очень удивительная природа, птицы, растения . Ну и конечно же море. Все просто взрыв эмоций. Хорошие анимации и отличный сервис.

Плюсы:
Отличный пляж (со стороны отеля Beach (напротив поля игры в Бочу), есть риф и песок , хорошая уборка в номере , очень красивая территория отеля и ухоженная , крутая местная фауна , ресторан Атлантис , Нормальное количество развлечений / анимации (для любителей этого дела)
Минусы:
медлительность персонала на ресепшн , плохо следят за людьми (где они находятся в море ) , где идёт выдача водного спортивного инвентаря , коктейлей много но почти все они не вкусные , трудно попасть в ресторан по записи (а-ля карт , кроме воскресения , когда ожидание очереди , - потом сложно забронировать нудное время и место) . курс конверсии из долларов в местную валюту надо учитывать , тк на месте не хватит денег , если положили впритык или чуть больше

Персонал практически не разговаривает на английском языке
Очень долго ждали переселения в другой номер, по причине отсутствия напрочь горячей воды в номере в который нас заселили изначально. Даже получили отказ сразу. Пришлось доказывать и требовать, что жить в номере без горячей воды за деньги которые мы заплатили это недопустимо.
На территории отеля есть дополнительные услуги. Моя дочь забронировал дайвинг, но испугалась и мы захотели отказаться от услуги стоимостью 90 евро и вернуть деньги. Мы пришли в место где осуществили бронь за день до назначенного погружения. Однако, каково было наше удивление, нам отказали возвращать деньги, по причине установленных внутренних правил. Это невиданная наглость. Впервые сталкиваюсь с таким сервисом! Все можно понять, можно удержать даже какую-то сумму за неудобства. Но так чтобы не вернуть полностью деньги, это верх беспредела, тем более что мы пришли и сообщили об отмене заранее. Отвратительное отношение к гостям!
И самое главное! Абсолютно не соблюдаются меры элементарной гигиены и чистоты! Это при том, что всех заставляют носить маски и перчатки в местах общего нахождения, а посуда из которой едят гости не моется совсем! Приходилось каждый раз выбирать хоть немного чистую посуду, и это все просто омерзительно! Зато все в масках, это абсурд!
Это был самый ужасный отдых за немаленький бюджет, относительно моего опыта путешествий!
