Плюсы:
Персонал дружелюбный. Любой мой вопрос быстро решался. Завтрак отличный. Разнообразно и красиво сервирован. СПА прекрасный - и качество и сервис.
Минусы:
Единственное замечание - непромокаемый наматрасник. Несмотря на качественную простыню поверх наматрассника, было очень жарко и некомфортно спать.

Вкусная еда в ресторане. В отеле Чисто, Тепло, Уютно. Тихо. Отель в парке.
Минусы:
В термальном комплексе устаревший интерьер, не очень продумано пространство, скользкий пол. Ощущение, что не очень гигиенично. И переход во внешний бассейн неудобный. Тк мы были в декабре, было холодно и неприятно заходить и выходить из него.
