Структура находится близко к центру. Комната маленькая, но уютная. Для одного человека достаточно. Есть кухня со всем необходимым. Чисто.
Персонал быстро реагирует на просьбы.
Минусы:
Некоторые жильцы не соблюдали правила общежития, оставляя грязными туалет и места общего пользования.
