The hotel offers an outdoor pool, a rooftop pool, the latter with exclusive daytime access for guests staying in Junior Suite and Suite categories, three distinguished restaurants—Poemas by Hermanos Padrón (1 Michelin Star), Muxgo by Borja Marrero (1 Michelin Star & 1 Michelin Green Star), and 1890 La Bodeguita (tapas & wines)—as well as the Alis Rooftop Bar, Carabela Piano Bar, and Bar Camarote by the pool.
The wellness area features whirlpools, a Turkish bath, and a curated selection of beauty treatments. A fully equipped fitness centre is available complimentary for all guests. Access to the spa and wellness facilities is available at an additional cost, except for guests staying in Junior Suite and Suite categories, for whom it is included.
The hotel is a 10-minute drive from Las Canteras Beach and the historic district of Vegueta. Puerto de la Luz and Gran Canaria Airport are also easily accessible within a short drive.

Плюсы:
Внутри атмосфера потрясающая, очень удобные номера , чисто , тихо ... Завтраки - одни из лучших, из того что мы видели, а отдыхали мы много где. .
Минусы:
что омрачило - это когда нас попросили на завтраке пересесть со столика который мы выбрали, хотя он был свободный и не было никаких табличек зарезервирован, так же на входе управляющий который встречает гостей долго расспрашивал и настаивал на немедленной оплате, хотя карта указана и на ресепшен заранее было все оговорено. Оплата снимается за все после проживания, мы продлили свое пребывание на сутки и вопросов никаких не было , кроме как у этого работника. Завтрак был испорчен таким странным подходом . Будто то мы пришли к нему в гости и он тут хозяин заведения и не мы гости отеля .

Настоящая пятерка с отличным сервисом! Все чисто, тихо, уютно, комфортно.
Отличная зона спа с парилками и приватным бассейном. Отдельное спасибо за массаж.
Пианист вечером распознал в нас русских и исполнил несколько наших песен. Душевно!
В отеле два мишленовских ресторана, что говорит о его уровне!
Минусы:
В номере нет питьевой воды. Заказ 1 бутылки воды в номер 10 евро. Многовато даже для пятерки.
Спа, массаж, рестораны отеля нужно бронировать заранее, не удалось посетить то что хотели из-за полной загрузки.
