Плюсы:
Большая, ухоженная, зеленая территория, приятно прогуливаться. Приемлемая, разнообразная кухня. Достаточно развлечений и мероприятий.
Минусы:
Нет хорошего кофе и чая. Санузлы в комнатах в достаточно изношенном состоянии. Шумная работа кондиционеров в помещениях (имело место поломка).
