Плюсы:
Питание, размещение, развлечения - все супер. Шикарное место для отдыха в сентябре: море теплое и без волн, гора защищает от ветра, в это же время на Солнечном Берегу был шторм и в море не пускали.
Минусы:
В номере не убиралось, только забирали мусор из корзины и докладывали моющие средства, не менялось белье за 7 дней ни разу. В ресторане столы покрыты клеенками, как в привокзальных столовых, было бы лучше вообще без них. Лифт один был поломан, а второй не справлялся с потоком туристов, при этом телефон в номере не работал - на рецепцию бегать с 8-го этажа как-то неловко.

Плюсы:
Хорошее расположение отеля. Вид из окна на море. Набережная . Закрытая территория , дети передвигались по территории одни ( 5 и 7 лет). Песчаный пляж . На территории отеля аквапарк . Сразу за территорией отеля магазинчики сувенирные, большой супермаркет в котором есть все! Рядом атракционы, пиццерии и тд.
Минусы:
Сервис и чистота очень хромают.

Мало анимации и развлечений! На пляже не хватает лежаков! Нет пляжных полотенец.
