Плюсы:
Чисто, вкусно, ежедневные уборки.
Любые недостатки и минусы номера перекрываются очарованием и шармом Неаполя!
Минусы:
1) до ближайшей станции метро идти 10-15 минут;
2) очень хорошо слышно соседей (если вам попадутся молодые и шумные - то увы…);
3) если вы рассчитывали готовить самостоятельно, вам может не понравится скромная комплектация кухни.

Минусы:
Приехали вечером очень уставшие, при встрече нас встретили представители отеля, и всё, что их интересовало, — 14 евро городской налог. Номер грязный и не такой, как на фото, одна из кроватей была поломана и очень скрипела, и всё бы это было мелочью, если хозяин отеля показал нормальный сервис. Выселение из отеля оказалось в 10 утра, а заселение в 15:00, это гораздо меньше суток. Мы просили остаться после 10, нам категорически было отказано, и по поводу завтрака «всё включено» это так же громко сказано.
