Located near Budva’s Main Bus Station, Villa Bojana is surrounded by lush garden and flowers. The Villa features an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and an on-site restaurant with a spacious terrace serving international cuisine. This private villa is at guest's disposal only.
All rooms and apartments feature air-conditioning, flat-screen TVs and a fridge, while apartments and studios have a fully equipped kitchenette.
Table tennis facilities are available in the garden. Free Wi-Fi can be found in public areas of the property, while a buffet breakfast is served in the restaurant each morning. Nearest grocery shop is 50 metres away.
Budva Old Town is a 15-minute walk away, as is the nearest beach, Slovenska. Budva is famous for its numerous sandy beaches that feature water sports and various daily entertainment options.
Night clubs and bars can be reached in a 5 minute walk. During the summer, the Old Town turns into an open-air theatre. Fortress Kosmač is located right outside Budva, next to the village of Brajići.
The town of Kotor is 25 km away. It features an impressive port surrounded by a city wall dating back to the Republic of Venice. Tivat Airport is 20 km from Villa Bojana. Airport shuttle service can be arranged upon request and for an additional cost.

Добрый день! Хотим оставить отзыв о Villa Bojana!
Теплая и гостеприимная атмосфера, с момента прибытия.) Прилетели рано, пока готовили номер, хозяин виллы Радован ( прекрасно говорит на русском языке), встретил как давних знакомых, угостил местными деликатесами, фруктами, вино! Отель находится в 15 мин от пляжа, но в этом есть свои плюсы, много красивых парков, сувенирные магазинчики, супермаркеты, кафе, рестораны, в общем знакомились с городом). Ухоженная территория, очень зеленая, есть свой бассейн, парковка. Приветливый и дружелюбный персонал. Регулярная уборка номеров и смена белья, комфортные кровати и подушки. Балкон, кондиционер. Хочется отметить отличное качество еды ( на завтрак, шведский стол). Несколько раз ужинали в отеле, прекрасная подача, очень вкусно! Wi-fi, ловит во всех уголках отеля.
Очень уютный отель, куда появилось желание вернуться! ❤️ Рекомендуем!

Плюсы:
Потрясающий отель, весь в цветущих киви, винограде и цветах. С номера открывается шикарный вид на горы. Хозяин очень добрый человек, радушно нас встретил, также по нашей просьбе предоставил нам зонт для пляжа. Завтраки очень вкусные и разнообразные. Однозначно рекомендуем этот отель к посещению.

Закрытая территория, бассейн с лежаками, wifi работает, завтраки вкусные.
Очень приветливый хозяин!
Минусы:
Далековато от моря, хотя и без подъёмов. Старенькие номера и кондеи. Кухни совсем нет, даже один шкаф был демонтирован.
