Плюсы:
Тихий район,ветерок в отличие от других районов,удобное расположение (возле метро)
Минусы:
Чистое белье,удобные матрацы и подушка,тишина.

Удобная кровать и подушка- я выспалась, как давно не высыпалась) Номер дали просторный, 2хспальная кровать и односпальная, смело множно приезжать семьей или компанией. У меня был включен завтрак: есть с чем сделать тост или сэндвич, йогурт, фрукты, кофе из автомата.
Очень близко к метро. До Ретиро менут 30 неспешным шагом.
Минусы:
Были мелкие недочеты в работе сантехники (кнопка слива сломана и подтекал шланг душа) , надеюсь их скоро устранят, тк в целом всё новое.
