The resort is located within Khao Laem Ya National Park. It is a 2.5-hour drive from Bangkok or Rayong. Boat transfers are provided from Ao Prao Pier on the mainland or from Koh Samet.
Modern rooms at Sai Kaew Resort feature sea or garden views. Each air-conditioned room comes with satellite TV, a DVD player, and a fridge with minibar for some room types. Attached bathrooms provide shower facilities.
Guests can enjoy a traditional Thai massage on the beach, or exercise in the fitness centre.

Очень понравилось расположение отеля.

Рядом ресторан и классное шоу- огней очень запомнилось.

Отличное местоположение. На мой взгляд самый идеальный пляж на острове. Не были на другом конце острова, но там валеный Ао Прао бич и другие поблизости ни о чём: узкая береговая линия, места мало, а посетить этот пляж(помимо проживающих на нем) делающих много(отзыв актуален на новогодние праздники).
Кормят в отеле отлично(для включенного завтрака), ресторан для беда и ужина тоже неплох сравнительно с окружающими рядом ресторанами. А вечера барбекю (пятница-воскресение)особенно потрясны, было вкусно!
Персонал очень приветлив и доброжелательный. Всегда готов помочь. Особенно хотелось бы отметить Pepe в ресторане Mango: всегда охотно помогал в случае каких-либо просьб и вообще в целом очень френдли. Так де хотелось бы ответить администратора в основном ресторане(не знаю как его зовут), но пару раз шел на встречу при проносе своего алкоголя :). Но это запрещено, не повторяйте:)
Минусы:
Не о плохом, но о грустном. В целом в новогодние праздники отдыхать дорого, а когда с тебя требуют дополнительные деньги за якобы отдельную кровать для ребенка-это вообще никуда не годится. Мы заплатили за номер за троих. Родители жили в таком же вдвоём, цены у них была ниже. Но для нас, можно сказать, настояли заплатить за extra bed денег. Хотя по фото номера кроватка была уже, для ребенка до 10-11 лет вполне сошла бы(нашему ребенку 8). Ну думаем ок, раз по-другому нельзя. Но, по факту никакой доп кровати не было, а просто принесли бельё на ту кровать,что уже стояла. А основная кровать шириной 2,8м-спи хоть в четвером! Могли бы заранее это нам сообщить и мы бы уже решили как быть. Разводилы одним словом. Поэтому, не оплачиваете доп место если вас трое, поместитесь точно. Т.к. в эти новогодние дни мы жили в трех разных отелях и вае они были дешевле этого и везде нам давали детскую кровать БЕСПЛАТНО,то есть с чем сравнить.
Что еще огорчало. Несмотря на то,что оплачено было за троих, ниразу не приносили 3 полотенца банных и пляжных, всегда не хватало. Один раз сходил на ресепшн, на текущий день проблему решили,но дальше всё заново. Это не критично, но Уплочено же:).
Еще один момент, два раза после уборки оставляли грязную тряпку, то на стуле, то на столе :(
