Отличный отель, осталась очень довольна пребыванием. Чистые и комфортные номера, приятная атмосфера и очень внимательный персонал. Всё организовано удобно и продумано для гостей.
Ресторан хороший. Очень все вкусно.
Хорошее расположение, спокойная обстановка и высокий уровень сервиса. Отдых прошёл прекрасно, обязательно вернусь снова и с удовольствием рекомендую этот отель. 😊

Отель большой и комфортный, с удобной инфраструктурой. В номере было тепло.
Отдельно хочу отметить отличные завтраки с очень разнообразным выбором блюд. Расположение отеля очень удачное: рядом станция метро и торговый центр. В целом, отель оставил приятное впечатление.
Минусы:
Мы заранее, за два месяца, полностью оплатили номер с двумя раздельными кроватями, что было для нас принципиально. Однако при заселении девушка на рецепшене нам несколько раз подряд выдавали ключи от номеров с одной большой кроватью. Кроме того, один из выданных ключей не работал. Из-за чего пришлось неоднократно возвращаться на ресепшен.
В итоге нам предоставили номер с раздельными кроватями, но более низкой категории, чем была оплачена, без кофеварки, которая должна была входить в наш номер. Нам объяснили это отсутствием оплаченной категории на момент заезда. Ситуация была решена, но оставила неприятное впечатление.
