Плюсы:
Чисто, удобно, все рядом, обменники с самым выгодным курсом тоже рядом (но надо быть аккуратнее и пересчитывать) вкусный завтрак, вайфай конечно то есть, то нет, так как то больше народу сидит, то меньше в сети. Есть прачечная, свой обменник внутри, где вас не попытаются обмануть, курс хороший, но не максимальный
Минусы:
Все понравилось, если придираться, то вайфай медленный периодически - оч легко решается покупкой сим карты, и через 2 недели начинают надоедать однотипные завтраки, но это если очень сильно придираться
