Плюсы:
Хорошее местоположение. Очень чисто. Обслуживание в целом очень профессиональное. Приятные люди. Все удобства в номере присутствуют. Есть свой ресторан. Бассейн очень хороший. Кондиционер не выключается когда вы покидаете номер (в отличии от некоторых отелей) поэтому комфортная температура в номере всегда. Очень приятная для глаз комната. Если прилечу в Бали, то вернусь в этот же отель, другие даже смотреть не буду.
Минусы:
Только мелочи. Магнитный пластиковый ключ-карта переставал работать. Причина оказалась в размагничивании в моем кошелке, так как кошелек имеет свои магниты для удобства закрывания. Еще предупредили, что ключ может перестать работать из за близкого хранения с телефоном. Ключ-карточка это очень удобно, но только если карточка будет с чипом а не магнитная. Но персонал быстро этот вопрос решает и меняет ключ. И еще один момент: вместо пододеальника две простыни зачем? Это ведь не удобно для гостей.

Плюсы:
Потрясающий отель, находится в центре, но в тоже время очень тихий, персонал доброжелательный, утром подают завтраки возле бассейна, кроме буфета можно выбрать блюда из меню, абсолютно все очень вкусно, до пляжа минут 15-20, идти через торговый ряды, поэтому время пролетает не заметно. В номерах есть пляжные полотенца.
