Hotel Kaliakra Mare in Albena, the ex Dobrotitsa Hotel, is only separated by the promenade from the kilometer-long sandy beach. This popular beach hotel was renovated in winter 2017-18 and has 148 rooms on 4 floors, lobby with reception, lobby bar, hotel restaurant with terrace and swimming pool with pool bar. 1 umbrella and 2 sun loungers per room by the pool are included in the price. 1 umbrella and 2 sun loungers per room on the beach starting from the 3rd line from the sea are offered for in the price.
All bright and modern furnished rooms have a bathroom with a shower, a balcony, a telephone, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a minibar, a safe and air conditioning. Internet in the lobby, the restaurant and by the pool is free of charge. 2 lifts are available.
The hotel is all inclusive with with breakfast, late breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner buffet and midnight snack. Thematic evenings with Bulgarian national cuisine and seafood and barbecue for dinner 3 times per week in July and August. Snacks, dessert, fruit, ice cream on the terrace of the restaurant are served from 15: 00 until 17:00 o'clock. Bulgarian alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, wine and beer on tap, coffee and tea are served in the lobby bar an pool bar.
An animation team provides for good mood 6 days a week, during the day with sports activities and entertainment games, in the evening with bingo, shows, disco, etc. For the little ones a pool with splash castle is available and a children playground. In July and August the mini club also opens.
On site parking is possible at a surcharge. The pedestrian area with its souvenir shops, artisans and restaurants can be reached within a 5-minute walk. There are sports and entertainment facilities, such as tennis courts and mini golf nearby.

Плюсы:
Изумительная кухня, отличный персонал именно на кухне, официанты, повара, весь персонал что касается обслуживания кухни и бара приветливый и хорошо выполняет свою работу, особенно хочу отметить мангалтщика и бармена.
Минусы:
Обслуживание на рецепшене его просто нет. При заезде, просто выдался листок бумаги с описанием что платно, что бесплатно и время приема пищи и работы бара и про шезлонги, выдали два ключа, надели браслетики и всё, никто ничего не рассказал не показал, все по принципу "узнай сам". А самое грустное было при выезде. Вылет у нас был на 5 утра, в 2:45 мы подошли на рецепшен никого не было, ждали 15 мин пока уже не начали стучать по стойке, вышла сонная сотрудница, мы спросили что нам нужно вызвать такси, на что последовал ответ что мы его должны были заказать ещё вчера. Откуда нам было знать что здесь с этим такая проблема, ведь мы живём в 21 веке в этоге так нам никто и не помог и мы чуть не опоздали на самолёт. При том что мы подошли к другому отелю (хотя бы это она смогла посоветовать) и там сотрудник без проблем вызвал такси и через 13 мин мы уже были в пути.
Поэтому в целом всё отлично но с рецепшеном нужно что то делать, там сотрудники по крайней мере с которыми нам пришлось столкнуться, не компетентны и это не много испортило впечатление от всего отдыха.

Плюсы:
Очень вкусная кухня, разнообразные блюда. Персонал приветливый и дружелюбный, так же разговаривают по английски, по русски. Номер чистый, светлый, небольшой, но очень уютный. Было очень приятно находиться. Есть бассейн, что очень удобно. Выходишь с отеля и через дорожку - пляж. Если я еще когда-то буду в Албене, снова выберу именно эту гостиницу!
