Плюсы:
Персонал очень приветливый , вежливый. Сломался кондиционер, сказал администратору, через час он уже работал(замена блока). В ресторанах и барах все улыбаются , здороваются. На пляже персонал вежливый и зонтик откроют и лежаки подвигают. Очень удобно расположен отель в первой линии. До моря в разных местах от 25 до 50 метров. Берег чистый. Кухня разнообразная. Повара молодцы. РЕКОМЕНДУЮ не пожалеете.
Минусы:
Лифты в час пик - это завтрак ,обед ,ужин работают медленно. Надо ждать.

Хорошее расположение,чистое море,ласковое солнышко,песчаный пляж

Дорогая парковка,в номере ванная комната была не убрана,полная мусорка,хотя прибыли к 18,заранее предупредили.За 4 дня один раз поменяли полотенца,белье ни разу.из 2ключей карточек один не открывал номер,3 раза программировали заново,в ресторане фрукты и овощи были вялыми,пирожные не вкусные,будто пластилиновые,ром один раз из лобби попробовал-темно коричневый,крашеный сахаром,50граммов стояли комом сутки.много из выпечки вчерашней,на пляже каждый день убирали ряд лежаков и зонтов бесплатных,а рядом платные не трогали.На балкон выходишь-вид на море шикарный,а перила ржавые,наружный блок кондиционера ржавый,плитка в пятнах старой краски.на 4звезды не тянет ну вааще никак.
