Плюсы:
Спа зона чистая, есть масажи и другие процедуры, несколько видов саун. Масаж понравился.
Номер чистый, просторный, удобный, комплименты в виде фруктов и вина.
Нам пошли на встречу и дали выселиться немного позже.
Завтрак разнообразный, качество продуктов высокое.
Минусы:
В зоне релакса есть стена со стекающей водой. Идея хорошая, но реализация не очень, насос качающий воду шумит.
Дырявая скатерть в ресторане Enigma. Официант очень хорошо обслужил, но проигнорировал мою просьбу о свечке для торта.
Видно, что стараются, но это точно не 5 звезд.
