Интерьер, большая удобная кровать, наличие чая/кофе в номере, пол с подогревом,чистота в номере, приятный и вежливый персонал,вид из окна.
Минусы:
1. На рецепции был приятный молодой человек,который говорил только на английском,хоть мы говорим на чешском
2. Оплатили номер в приложении,городской налог в стоимость не входил,оплатили его сразу при заселении,но при каждом обращении на рецепции,нам говорили,что он не оплачен (но все решилось,сказали,что это какая-то ошибка в системе,поэтому ничего дополнительно мы не платили)
