Отличное расположение. Это супер важно. Сотрудник отеля Руслан был максимально приветлив. Встретил как родных))) все вопросы решал максимально быстро .

Кондиционер работал исправно в +30 на улице. Дружелюбный персонал (отдельная благодарность Руслану из Таджикистана, который работает на ресепшене). Хорошие завтраки. Всё понравилось, кроме того, что цены в Праге на всё значительно выросли с тех пор, когда мы там были в прошлый раз в 2019-м 😅
Минусы:
Слив в душевой работал недостаточно хорошо (Для меня. Муж сказал, что его всё устраивает). Я не поняла, работал ли холодильник в номере. Не было полотенцесушителей в ванной комнате. Но эти замечания не испортили положительного впечатления от номера
