Set in a historic building in Santo Domingo's Colonial Zone, once home to a former president, the adult-only Casa Sanchez is within 1 minute's walk of Conde street. This boutique hotel has an outdoor pool and a separate jacuzzi in a pretty roof garden. There's free WiFi in all areas and 24 hour front-desk.
Each air-conditioned room comes with internet TV, a safety-deposit box and a luxurious bathroom. The 16 bedrooms are all different. Standard rooms are poolside and perfect for a short-stay, whilst the Superior rooms are much larger and have an array of original features including beautiful Colonial tiling and high ceilings.
There's a choice of four breakfast menus, served in a Colonial patio-garden. Suites have their own kitchens for guests who want to cook at home, with the supermarket just 4 blocks away. The hotel is located in the center of the Colonial Zone, within a few steps of the main Conde street.
Boca Chica beach and Las Americas International Airport are both within a 45-minute drive. Free public parking is available on the street outside the hotel. The adult-only property offers airport and local transportation for an extra fee.

Плюсы:
Отличное местоположение! Очень внимательный персонал. Бассейн. Рядом пешеходная улица Эль Конде, большой супермаркет в паре кварталов, старый город, ощущение безопасности.
Минусы:
Комнаты на первом этаже все очень тёмные, с малюсеньким окном. Мы попросили поменять комнаты на второй этаж и нам пошли навстречу. Мебель довольно старая. Краны очень старые. Завтрак всего 4 варианта по меню на выбор. Но нам понравилось где отель находится, интернет был быстрый и наличие бассейна в отеле в таком климате тоже огромный плюс.

Плюсы:
Расположение отеля великолепное. Террасы с джакузи и бассейн в холле прекрасны. Оперативное реагирование на просьбы со стороны персонала. У них интересное здание и в нём можно сделать классные фотографии. Нам никто не запретил их делать. Так же там было тихо, хотя это цент столицы.
Минусы:
Забронировано было номер на 3х человек, но судя по всему персонал не проверил эту информацию перед подтверждением бронирования. В любом случае нас поселили в 3х местный номер, но на следующий день нам пришлось переселиться в другой номер, так как в тот должны были придти люди для инспекции или что-то подобное. Так же были проблемы с Wi-Fi. Интернет не работал или работал с перебоями (возможно это проблемы на стороне провайдера, но это не точно). Дорогие и очень простые завтраки - мы их не стали брать и пошли в ближайший ресторан.
