Наш отдых в Jolie Ville Resort был просто замечательным! У нас был очень просторный и комфортабельный номер с ухоженной территорией и отличным сервисом. Наш номер убирали каждый день и очень качественно. Персонал дружелюбный и всегда готов помочь, благодаря чему мы чувствовали себя как дома.
Особую благодарность хотим выразить Катерине, менеджеру по работе с персоналом, которая искренне заботилась о нас во время всего отдыха. Она помогла организовать нам pack lunches и такси при выезде, всё прошло легко и без стресса. Огромное спасибо за внимание и профессионализм.

Замечательный отель с классной локацией.
Питание отличное. Пляж очень чистый. Персонал на высоте. Для семейного отдыха с детьми пожалуй лучший отель в Шарме.
Менеджер Полина постоянно в контакте с гостями. Мгновенно решает все вопросы!

Плюсы:
У меня был номер в спортивной зоне, новый, чистый, тихо по ночам. К зоне у моря ходят электрокары по запросу, но можно и пешком дойди, через дорогу. Русскоговорящим гостям очень помогает Екатерина. У меня был только завтрак, поэтому я пользовалась room service и рестораном Zigolini. Все было вкусно.
Минусы:
Завтрак средний, если честно. Иногда было видно, что сыры и овощи приехали из буфета с ужина предыдущего дня. Но голодными не останетесь, если готовы есть омлеты ежедневно.
Бассейн в спортивной зоне теплый, но также полон мам с детьми, для спорта не пригоден. Спортзал находится в зоне рядом с пляжем. Не понятно, почему зона считается спортивной.
