Отдыхали семьей из 3 челок. Номер был чистый и уютный хотя и не большой. Персонал приятный. Завтрак средний.

Отель состоит из нескольких зданий на разных улицах, но количества персонала явно не хватает для обслуживания всего комплекса. Нам пришлось ждать менеджера на рецепшене при заселении около 20 минут, так как она одна и в это время была на другой улице, при этом нас ждало такси и пришлось оплачивать время ожидания. Менеджер была очень недружелюбна, даже не извинилась . К тому же я в переписке с отелем просила предоставить утюг к нашему приезду, мне это подтвердили, но его не было. В целом отель не плохой, но персонал испортил все впечатление .

Отличное расположение! Все близко, и парковка рядом (платная), и до центра 1 мин пешком. Очень понравилась менеджер Валерия, при заселении все рассказала, показала, помогла организовать такси до аэропорта, мы бронировали спа через букинг, Валерия выходила на связь очень быстро! Номер был чистеньким, с туалетными принадлежностями хорошего качества. Очень удобные подушки и кровать в номере! Завтрак нам тоже очень понравился, достаточно разнообразный! Перед отъездом сходили спа, разные душевые кабинки, грязевая масочка, джакузи, все чистенько, чаек расслабляющий после. Прекрасно!
Минусы:
Скажу так, это отличный отель тройка, по цене четырехзвездочного в горячий сезон. Прикроватная розетка в нашем номере была сломана, но мы останавливались на одну ночь и нас это не особо беспокоило. Напор воды в душе прекрасный, хотя стекло неплотно прилегает к стене и вода просачивалась наружу, приходилось вытирать полотенцем, чтобы по всей ванной вода не растекалась. Мы ходили на парный массаж в спа, по факту это не парный массаж, а просто вам делают массаж одновременно, но в разных кабинках. Массаж мне не понравился, пол литра масла вылили на тело и просто поглаживающими движениями водили и развозили это масло по телу.
