Это был восхитительный опыт пребывания не в суетливой и шумной Флоренции, а с видом на нее из шикарного дворца. Трансфер отеля избавил от проблем с парковкой и такси, отличный ресторан -от поиска мест для завтрака и ужина. В этот отель надо ехать, как в санаторий, чтобы просто наслаждаться каждой минутой пребывания. А это мы еще в спа не успели и бассейн был уже закрыт, потому что осень. Сервис безупречен.

Когда мы приехали в этот отель, мы не поняли почему у него такая высокая оценка на букинг выше 9, по моей оценке это 8,2 - 8,5 максимум. Отделка номера устарела, сам отель "уставший", некоторый персонал в мятой одежде... это в отеле 5 звезд, с оценкой 9,1. Это та ситуация когда на фото одна картинка, по факту другая. Была ситуация когда дали утюг, вода из него протекала, из-за него выключилось электричество, правда персонал эту проблему оперативно решил - к ним претензий нет.
