Плюсы:
Хорошее месторасположение - рядом с оживлёнными улицами, но при этом в тихом переулке. Недалеко от парка Мира – можно дойти пешком или проехать пару остановок на трамвае. Номера маленькие, но при этом довольно уютно
Минусы:
Нет лифта, если с чемоданом - будет сложно
