Плюсы:
Просторный номер, чисто, в номере есть кондиционер, холодильник, вода. Очень понравился завтрак - большой выбор, и все вкусно. Ресторан открытый прямо на пляже, внутри очень уютно. До большого супермаркета 15 минут пешком.
Минусы:
Этот отель без пляжа! Море отгорожено забором. Хотя можно пройти к пляжам соседних отелей слева и справа, это рядом. Но там пляж тоже не очень. Пляж справа был полностью забит водорослями (летом. Говорят, зимой там чисто). Пляж слева очень мелкий, ограждение зоны купания максимум 1,5 метра глубины, и прямо на пляже место посадки на аквабайки. Постоянное жужжание и запах бензина.
Территория отеля маленькая. В центре один бассейн и всё. В бассейне слишком теплая вода. Вечером это хорошо, но днем не очень.
Я когда-то останавливалась в Grand Fiesta Americana. Это, конечно, хороший и очень дорогой отель. У Fiesta Americana Cancun Villas нет ничего похожего с ним, не перепутайте.

В пешей доступности ко всему, к различным пляжам, большому магазину с продуктами, дискотекам, парому на Исла-Мухерес. Очень чистый отель, готовы помочь в решении любого вопроса, кухонные принадлежности в хорошем состоянии, готовили с удовольствием, кровать супер, джакузи с видом на море тоже очень порадовало. Однозначно лучший отель в своей категории, очень камерный и уютный в отличие от огромных муравейников!!! Вернёмся только сюда!!!
