Еда была вкусной и в номере чисто
Минусы:
Только пара официантов были дружелюбными и парень на ресепшн, остальные постоянно с недовольными лицами!

единственный нормальный (компетентный) человек в персонале гостиницы - это Bell boy ! compliments to him !
Минусы:
1. цены как в нью-Йорке ,- качество как в Венесуэле!

Высшая форма некомпетентности . начиная со стоек регистрации заканчивая консьержем которому «не разрешают звонить» чтобы узнать в каком из магазинов есть нужные мне контактные линзы
3. экономят даже на телефонных звонках для консьержа! о каком качестве вообще можно мечтать?
4. “upgrade for members only” первая гостиница в мире которая не делает апгрейдов. апгрейд получить очень сложно и только в 8:00 следующего дня (даже если вы пришли на следующий день)
5. impossible to receive the check for the cash payments.
невозможно выбить чек оплаты после оплаты наличными. хотя средства на карте все ещё заморожены . тоесть средства задержали, наличку взяли , а счёт по оплате - не дают .
6. в ресторане - мама дорогая !
7. чтобы попасть в гостиницу - нужно заполнить бланки , документы, росписи , подписи, печати, как будто устраиваешься на работу в кгб …
8. заезд ТОЛЬКО после 15:00
9. по всему периметру гостиницу орут и плачут дети. как будто их специально там мучают . детей просто ОЧЕНЬ много! наверное там нелегальный детский сад, ясли и дошкольная подготовка .

Минусы:
Плохая шумоизоляция, соседский ребенок не давал мне спать зараза.
Обеды и ужины не вкусные, завтраки хорошие, есть станция пиццы и суши, это круто. У отеля в отличие от многих нет своего клуба.
