Room was clean. this is only that was good.
единственный плюс в номере было чисто.
Минусы:
staff is very rude. One of the staff members even interrupted me by shushing while she answered the phone. Staff at the rooftop bar are very rude as well. We asked to get promised complimentary drinks but we were refused because it was close to closing time. When I asked for ice in a rooftop they said that they won’t give us because they had little left even though it was close to closing time.
персонал ужасный, грубый, не помогает с просьбами, еда отвратительная, завтраки однотипные, ужины ужасны. все что здесь на фото не соответствует реальности. отель не тянет на 4 звезды никак. в номере нет халатов, нет даже телефона и ещё платный сейф!
этих денег не стоит совсем.

Местоположение скраю Льорет де Мар вдали от суеты.
Минусы:
Питание в ресторане - буфет, шведский стол изменили на заказ по меню. Без закусок, топас, и прочее. Без предупреждения клиента заранее. Из-за низкого сезона туристов. Замену на переезд меня в другой отель сети Аллегрия не согласились. Переехала в другой отель. Не извинились. Деньги вернуть обещали!!! возврат за 6 дней 3 разового питания и проживания 218,12 €. Не вернули. С момента выезда с Алегрии прошла уже неделя. Вывод не клиентоориентированы, бухгалтерия сети нерасторопны - думаю пока, если не "вернут". То просто обокрали
...
