Плюсы:
Невнимательность и отношение сотрудников при регистрации, а затем и непосредственно при въезде и размещении нас в номер (видимо, выдан был худший, из возможных, несмотря на оплату и улучшенной категории, и вида на Босфор, и доступа в лаунж) настолько расстроила нас, что готовы были развернуться и поехать в другой отель. Но ситуацию полностью изменил менеджер Мехмет Емин. Выражаем ему благодарность и почтение за отношение и внимательность. Благодаря таким сотрудникам отель удерживает рейтинг и свою 5звездность. В остальном - есть вопросики

Прекрасная локация. Номера хорошие, вид отличный.
Минусы:
Завтрак очень средний. Зона lounge была настолько грязной, все столы заставлены грязной посудой с едой, что было совершенно некуда сесть. Пришлось уйти.
