Очень понравился сервис, удобства, расположение отеля, персонал говорит на английском, есть даже дворецкий!
Всё чисто и аккуратно. Пока что лучший отель из всех, что я посетила в Ханое.

Добродушный, очень приветливый персонал. В номере есть все, что необходимо для жизни. Именно для жизни, стиральная машина, кухня, посуда, моющие средства. Если в будущем будет поездка в Ханой, выбор отеля будет однозначно Somerset West Lake.
Минусы:
Все было очень хорошо и на высоком уровне. Отрицательных моментов не было.
