Плюсы:
Персонал очень вежливый, внимательный и действительно старается помочь.
В один из дней, когда мой муж плохо себя чувствовал и не смог прийти на завтрак, сотрудники принесли ему еду в номер (йогурт, фрукты, специальную кашу). Это было очень приятно и заботливо.
В целом сотрудники оставили очень хорошее впечатление — дружелюбные, отзывчивые, всегда на связи.
Минусы:
Номер оказался крайне неудачным: маленький, расположен в проходной зоне, окна выходят прямо на дорожку (расстояние меньше метра). Люди и сотрудники постоянно проходили рядом, из-за чего не было никакой приватности. Приходилось всё время держать шторы закрытыми, и по факту мы жили в тёмной комнате. Также в номере не было ни террасы, ни места, где можно посидеть.
Горячая вода работала нестабильно — постоянно переключалась на холодную.
На территории практически нет мест для отдыха: отсутствуют скамейки и зоны, где можно просто посидеть. Даже ожидая такси, приходилось стоять. При этом территория большая и красивая, но не оборудована для комфортного пребывания.
Работал только один бассейн, который находился далеко от номера. Ближайший бассейн был закрыт.
Ситуация с велосипедами непонятная: на фото отеля показано, что ими можно пользоваться внутри территории, но по факту это запрещено. Велосипеды выдают только для выезда в город, при этом сотрудники сами передвигаются на них по отелю. Чтобы получить велосипед, нужно идти через всю территорию или писать персоналу, что создаёт неудобства.
Дважды просила принести гладильную доску — так и не принесли.
Утром около 8:30–9:00 нас разбудили стуком уборки.
Прачечная испортила новую белую футболку (появились тёмные пятна), что недопустимо для отеля такого уровня.
Также заявлен зал «Gym & Yoga», но в нём нет даже йога-ковриков, хотя на фотографиях они присутствуют. Это вводит в заблуждение.
В целом создаётся ощущение, что при хорошем персонале отсутствует нормальная организация. Вместо отдыха приходилось постоянно что-то уточнять, писать и контролировать. Для пятизвёздочного отеля это не соответствует ожиданиям.
